As of today, the Humboldt Forum for Food Agriculture (HFFA) e.V. is no longer a shareholder of HFFA Research GmbH. Instead, Steffen Noleppa has acquired 100 percent of the shares. The partnership with the HFFA e.V. thus completely expires as of now.
