A newly updated version of the HFFA Research study on the benefits of plant protection in Germany is now available on our website. The study features detailed information and data on the economic, social and environmental effects of these products. The author, Steffen Noleppa (HFFA Research), makes it evident that, even though these chemical substances have potential risks, they also lead to an overall higher productivity in German farming due to increased yields when applied responsibly.

A summary of the study was already made available in the form of a visualized summary paper by the Industrieverband Agrar (IVA) earlier this year.
