HFFA Research Paper on Agri-Ecological Partnerships now available in German
The Ruhr-Forschungsinstitut für Innovations- und Strukturpolitik (RUFIS) recently published its latest study, presenting the new concept of Agri-Ecological Partnerships (AEP). The study with the title “Agrar-Ökologische Partnerschaft – ein Weg aus der Sackgasse des Umwelt- und Ressourcenschutzes im ländlichen Raum”, was written in German, and funded and co-authored by HFFA Research.
In the study, authors Helmut Karl (Ruhr University Bochum), Steffen Noleppa and Lina Staubach (both HFFA Research), present the concept of AEP as a method for the resolution of land use related conflicts. AEP is presented as a practical tool to overcome conflicts between agricultural land use, and environmental and resource protection.
More information on this study can be found in German on the RUFIS website. An English version of the study has been published by the HFFA Research GmbH in February 2016 as HFFA Research Paper 02/2016.
