Our newest HFFA Research Paper explores the socio-economic benefits of being a member of the Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) for Viet Nam. Since joining the UPOV, the country achieved many advances in the development of new plant varieties. These have brought large success to the country’s agriculture and thus farmers’ livelihoods.
